Lovely spot, lots of potential. Spotty service, uninspired food plated carelessly that doesn't match what's described on the restaurant's website. Definitely needs some polish, focus, and food that rises to the level of "farm to fork". I was hoping for better.
"Seafood Sunday," three courses for $39, was excellent. Clam chowder appetizer was thick and tasty with plenty of clams. Steelhead entree with rice pilaf and sauteed spinach was tender and flavorful. Elevated Ice Cream with blueberries made a fine dessert. Our server (Lily) was friendly and attentive.
I booked in advance for their "Happy Hour" from 3-5pm as stated on their website. We were seated and given the Happy Hour menu. We even ordered. Then a server approached and said they weren't doing Happy Hour and handed us the Lunch Menu which specifically said 11-2pm. It was 3:15pm. We did not want lunch. We came for a Christmas Eve Cocktail and Truffle Fries. We stated we wanted the fries and nothing else to which the waiter said, "They should be able to...
