If you’ve got time and money to throw away then this is the place to go. 1.5 hours for an overpriced breakfast (nothing on the menu under $18) and crap coffee (btw it took 20 min to even get a cup of sludge coffee and a cold latte). And ZERO apologies from anyone, other than after 40 min a promise that our food was coming. Thank you for delicious breakfast, cappuccino and apple pie today. Doug and I, really enjoy it. Till next time ❤️
My wife and I stopped by for breakfast on my birthday. We each ordered a chicken fried steak with hash browns. She had her eggs scrambled and I had mine over easy. The steak was fork-tender and the breading was very tasty. The eggs were perfect and the hash browns were crispy. Our coffee was well-tended. The owner was our waiter and was both attentive and cordial. He offered us a slice of cheesecake for my birthday. All-in-all, a very pleasant morning. We will be back.

Alan's Country Cafe is a welcoming diner with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Known for their delicious comfort food, the chicken fried steak and country gravy are standouts, along with the sweet and spicy bbq burger with onion rings. Customers praise the food’s freshness and homemade taste, especially the fish and chips and breakfast options like chocolate chip pancakes with eggs, sausage, and hash browns. The cafe is accommodating for dietary restrictions, offers ample parking, and is both kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. The interior has a relaxed vibe, making it a great spot for a cozy meal, especially during chilly days. The staff, including waitresses, are sweet, kind, and attentive, ensuring each visit is pleasant. Many customers also recommend trying the burgers, fries, and shakes, which are flavorful and satisfying. Although some reviews mention minor misunderstandings with staff, they are friendly and eager to help. The drinks, such as eggnog latte, are well-liked, and the overall experience is highly positive. Despite some room for improvement in ambiance, Alan's Country Cafe remains a charming spot for good food and friendly service.
