I’d have to agree with other reviews about the food being inconsistent. The food is good but when you get a good plate you want it again and then it’s not the same quality/quantity.

We drive by all the time and finally stopped in. Only customers and food came out really fast. We just tried the birria tacos with consome. The tacos and consome were perfect. Nice little salsa bar with different salsas, cucumbers, pickled red onion, diced onions with cilantro. The cashier was really nice and informative on where the salad bar was and restrooms. The place is big enough for parties. I believe they have beer and liquor but I just had a jarritos.

Husband and I went in to get lunch was so excited the lady helped the three tables that came in after us before even coming and asking if we wanted a drink the tables were messy uncleaned after all the last customers before we came in we came all the way from shelton to try there food and ended up walking out

Great food. Great service and clean restaurant. Plenty of seating. Ordered 3 street tacos and carne asada fries. The curly fries were different and not what I expected. It wasnt bad. Thanks!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Birrieria Tijuana is hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant. Every time I walk in, I know I’m about to have something unforgettable. The birria is absolutely out of this world—rich, flavorful, and perfectly tender. The consommé is so good I could drink it by the gallon, and the tacos are consistently fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor.

Beyond the food, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You can tell the staff take real pride in what they do, and it shows in every plate they bring out. It feels like you’re not just eating at a restaurant, but being welcomed into someone’s home where every detail is made with love.
