My husband and I tried Blue Goose Tavern this morning as recommended by Kitsap dining Facebook group. It was SO good. To start, the location is perfectly placed with a gorgeous view of the water in Port Orchard and is bright and welcoming. New owners have done wonders for this place !! The food was good, the Beer was cold , multiple TVs with different games on. Definitely more welcoming and friendly than before. Pool table and trivia on Thursday, good times .

Thanks for lunch. Our server was great, the food was okay, but I like the new atmosphere. 5 star overall. We had the burger and cheese steak. It tasted like a Costco frozen burger and warmed up deli meat, and the onion rings were greasy and warm at best.
