We waited so long to be served, so long to get our order. The party of 4 we follow in received their meal, paid and got To go boxes before we received our food.
When I asked how much longer, we finally received our meal order of 2. We requested that we be comped a bit, after all, this would be about a 50 check and we had waited so long.
We requested to see the manager and explain…kindly… we love you guys, we come here all the time. This wasn’t great service.

Their burgers are standouts, with generous portions for a reasonable price, and many customers believe they have THE BEST BURGERS. The food is top notch, with crispy fries and panko fish that is crispy outside and perfectly cooked inside. The "Steamed Crab Pot" is a spectacular feast. Customers appreciate the wonderful mix of choices, which includes huge salads, wonderful seafood, and tasty pho. Although it can get busy and take a long time to get food, the cheerful and friendly service, along with incredible customer service, makes it a place worth visiting. The restaurant is highly recommended, and one group of diners even agreed that the fish and chips were among the best they ever had.
