It's my favorite place to have lunch with my bestie. Sad to see the doors closing in September, the owners are retiring- congratulations on your retirement. I will miss the best eggplant sandwich and homemade soups in the region. Service is done cheerfully and with a great smile.
The waitress was fantastic. She was doing 3 or 4 different jobs as they are very shorthanded.
I was a bit disappointed in the food. The smells entering the establishment were amazing, the place is very cute and comfortable, but the food was rather bland. I saved half and brought it home to see if it would be more flavorful the next day (as I thought maybe they had JUST made the sauces very fresh and didn't accommodate the herb levels in a rush) but it was still bland...

We enjoyed this place so much. We got the spaghetti and meatballs (kind of our litmus test for Italian food). This dish went beyond expectations! Best meatballs we've had in a long time, sauce was delicious. We also got mushroom ravioli in Alfredo sauce and their watermelon cocktail. Both were fabulous! Can't wait to go back and try more, and take our family when they are in town. Highly recommend!
