My review is not about the store specifically but about the call service.That takes the phone calls.I have numerously placed orders with their call center and every single time.It is a really bad experience.They suck at answering the phones half the time.They can't speak very clear english.My orders have been messed up Multiple timesAnd yeah so if you gotta make an order I don't suggest calling.

12/7 Manager Keith contacted me. He was VERY nice and remedied the situation. I have confidence in taking this first order as a 1 off and will order again. 12/7. I NEED TO APOLOGIZE for a previous update. My fat fingers typed a wrong number! I have since been contacted and will provide a new update after resolution.Ordered a meat lovers and a bbq chicken. Atleast the meat lovers had meat. As you can see we were lucky to get any chicken on the bbq pizza. They both tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. Restaurant is only 10 min from me so why were the pizzas cold cardboard? So sad first time ordering from this pizza hut. Atleast the delivery driver was nice.

On December 2 I ordered two pizzas and they got one of the pizzas wrong so then they credited us and then when we got the credited Pizza they did that one right but then when my man purchased a pizza for free off of his points they gave us the wrong kind of pizza and since they f***** up our order on the second and then we went two days later to get the free one and they gave us the right one on that one but then f***** up on her other Pizza that we got along with our chicken and our breadsticks not only did we have to walk to go pick it up they messed up on the order and we did not complain because we got tired of obviously not getting the right pizza every time we order it's always a mess up and we got stuck eating a pizza that we didn't want and it's a good thing that we were not allergic to anything it's just frustrating that if they're that busy they should be double-checking and showing everybody their pizzas before they walk out or before they actually take the order out they should be checking and make sure everything matches up
Ordered a couple of pizzas and cheesy bread. Said it would be ready in 15 mins. Get there and we’re told it’s not ready yet, and there’s 4 people in front of us. Ok that’s fine.We get home, beef wasn’t on our supreme, and when you pay for an extra marinara sauce and don’t even get the one the cheesy bread was suppose to come with ??♂️ mind you the one little container of marinara got us through 2.5 pieces of cheesy bread. I know inflation made prices go up everywhere, but at least give people what they paid for.

Three (3) times in the last 4 times I went for pick up the manager was counting a lot of money right on the counter. Three times. The reader board showed our pizza was done. I waited about 7 mins for the manager to count, tag, bag and put the money in a safe. All right there. Asking for trouble. 100% unacceptable. When I got home with the pizza we threw it away. overdone. Looked like shit. Never again. Ever.
