Port Orchard Pizza Hut made my Birthday Awesome!! Thank You!!
Thanks again for taking care of the missing order — the refund and remake were handled really well. I wanted to flag the bigger issue honestly: the DoorDash handoff is the weak link, and it's the kind of thing that costs you repeat customers even when your team does everything right. If there's a way to push that feedback up to corporate or your DoorDash account rep, it'd carry more weight from you than from me.
Always so sweet and never minds helping. Real definition of team players

Pizza Hut is a restaurant with friendly staff, although the parking lot can be busy. Customers have had mixed experiences with their orders, with some pizzas being cold and tasting old, while others were hot, fresh, and delicious. Despite some hiccups, the manager was helpful in resolving issues promptly. Prices may vary, but there are good specials available. Overall, Pizza Hut offers a variety of tasty pizzas and remains a popular choice for many.
