Rise and Shine is my go-to in Port Orchard for coffee. The only downside is if there is a line, expect to wait a while. They are working hard, but there are usually only 1-2 baristas, so be patient. 😊 Super sweet staff and always good coffee.
The employees that work here are the best! Especially Lex and Cassie! The coffee is fantastic and everyone is very friendly. I don't even care how long the line is because they always get through it as fast as possible. If it's really busy, sometimes 1 girl will come outside and take the second car's order and either have it waiting when they get to the window or bring it out to them. The latter usually happens when the car at the window has ordered a lot of drinks...
If you go, go in the morning. The new girl in the afternoon has no concept of moving the line. Pretty consistently losing customers (including myself today, unfortunately) because she just sits and talks to people. I was the 3rd car she drove off this time. I'm generally patient with these guys but when the wait gets so long that many of us are driving off..... its bad. Morning is great though!!!
