I have been to this Shari's before, but I have never had such an ABYSMAL experience than my last one. Food was cold, I felt forgotten about by the staff for the majority of my meal and it was dirty, freezing and smelled quite bad in the restaurant. The service rating was only saved by our waitress trying to rectify the issues and claimed that management would foot our entire bill for the cold foodand even dessert. Stopped here for breakfast from out of town. The inside seemed pretty dated, but the service was good. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was okay, pretty basic diner food.

The pies are especially amazing! Recently ordered a sugar free (yes that's what I said) apple pie and it was "delish." I also ordered a strawberry rhubarb pie to try with friends that night. Both pies were so good and will order again.
