Great place to go! Customers are always happy there (Shoreline.). I have eaten in restaurants over 50 years and find myself dissatisfied with most of them nowadays! Not at Spiro's! Jean in North Seattle

We ordered a couple of pizzas and a salad. Our Canadian bacon, mushroom and onion pizza came without the Canadian bacon. The pizza was chewy and wasn't tasty and had too much cheese. Our pepperoni with light cheese still had too much cheese for our daughter's liking. Our Italian salad was lettuce and cheese; they thankfully subbed green peppers for the black olives, and there was NO dressing so it really wasn't an Italian salad. Unfortunately we won't be ordering again.

Good food and service. Prefer the staff wear cloths that cover most of their legs. Hairy legs do not promote an appetizing atmosphere.
Disclaimer: I'm a basic cheese pizza kinda guy. I feel like I'm being gaslit by all the positive reviews. Dad brought home some takeout cheese pizza & cheese bread. The only flavor I'm getting from the pizza is salt. Taste and texture feel store bought; the mozzarella I buy from costco somehow does not share the same physics as whatever they're using here. Cheese bread feels like someone took flavorless bulk/dry mozz, rolled it in salt, and threw it on grocery store bread. Hopped online to look up what he paid -- not okay with this.I want to like and support local/non-chain joints and I believe the other reviews that say the staff are great folks, but I can't in good conscience recommend this. Maybe the more adventurous stuff is good, maybe I'm a picky eater. Maybe this review isn't for you and it's for the plain cheese weirdos. Take this review with a grain of salt, but hopefully not much more than that or it'll approach my recent experience.Still, every local place deserves a chance so please try 'em out at least once if you're from around here so you can draw your own conclusion.

Exactly what you would expect from a pizza and local family owned Italian restaurant. Cozy booths, great for family gatherings, noise level low, always feel welcome, and get consistent service and food every time! Love that they are dependable and open later. Get a glass of Labrusca wine, order a Calzone, Pizza, or Pasta Dish and enjoy a warm dinner in a cozy place.
