I would not recommend Brick House in Port Orchard after our experience. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took over 20 minutes before our server even greeted our table. When he finally did, he was very short with us, gave no real explanations, and only pointed out that “the food we have is on the menu.” Not exactly helpful.
When the food arrived, everything was cold and completely lacking in flavor. The fries were so bad we asked for them to be taken off the bill. My drink sat empty for quite a while and I only got a refill after asking another server.
The patio and inside were both slow, so there wasn’t any excuse for the lack of attention. This server clearly needs more training, and the kitchen seriously needs to step it up if they’re going to charge $15+ for tiny portions—7 wings or barely a cup of dry macaroni and cheese. The chicken tenders were overcooked and the fries cold.
Overall, just a very disappointing experience all around.

Outstanding food, great service, fun atmosphere. Kicking myself for not trying this place sooner. Everything was delicious, but the french fries are amazing. I'd go back just for the fries.

My daughter and I had lunch here and it was our first time. Our server Erica was on point with our drink, order and overall service. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and my daughter ordered the classic burger both with fries.
We have dined in at other local owned restaurants before and by far this was the best we had. When I say it truly is! Our burgers were made PERFECT it wasn’t under cooked nor was it overcooked it was JUICY. My 10 year old isn’t a picky eater but she is also a burger type girl. I have seen her eat a few bites of burger but this right here at this restaurant she only had maybe 2 bites left. She asked me if she can talk to the cook that made our burgers so she can THANK HIM!
She said we always see the waiters but never the people that make our food and they should be someone we Thank as well!
We met with Pete the cook! She was excited to Thank him for our AWESOME COOKED BURGERS AND FRIES!
Thank you Erica and Pete!!!
You both made our first experience AWESOME 😊

Fries aren't very salty, appetizers are good, cheese curds) enjoyed our burgers. Gives off the ol millenial burger joint vibe though, if you know you know. Cool name though

My only problem, the music needs to be turned down. It is a small space for that much volume.

Just stopped in for a bite with a buddy. He had the patty melt and I had the Reuben. Both sandwiches were amazing. My Reuben was so big I couldn’t even finish it so I had the other half for dinner that night. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food you can’t ask for more.

Food and drinks good, service a bit slow. We were on patio for the live music, which was great.

Went here with a group of 6 adults and 3 children and sat outside. The service was great and the food came quickly. The food was not revolutionary, but it was still delicious and we ate all of it. A great place to go for a good dinner out!

I love the food and the drinks and the atmosphere here! The outdoor area is so fun for kids to run around and play while the parents enjoy talking and having adult time. Amanda had excellent customer service! I really enjoyed the BBCC burger and a live band on a fun Friday night!

If you want a deafening mediocre Friday night dive bar meal, this is the place for you! SUPER greasy fries with an average burger and music so loud you can drown out all the warnings of the universe that this could be a bad choice. Y They can't make an Irish car bomb to save their lives, red beer? AND cold pork nachos, yummy/ not! They came out as cold the second time as they did the first with much more attitude. 🤢 Just don't. If you value your stomach or wallet.

Chef went out of his way to make my daughter something she could eat because of health issues. Great food. Great service. Thank you so much!
Searched for Top Rated restaurants in Port Orchard - so decided to give this a try. Arrived 12:45pm on a Sunday. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged by server and over 40 minutes for food to arrive (sandwich). When we inquired after 20 minutes, wait staff rudely stated “we are really busy.” Floors sticky. Bathroom had dirty diaper in stall on floor. When food finally arrived, Fries ok, chicken in wrap was breaded reheated chicken strips. We will NOT be back.
Great food, great service.
I thought the hot honey chicken sandwich was average-ish. I understand the closest Popeye's is far away but that's the gold standard. The chicken was underwhelming in terms of meat, and I didn't find it hot at all. It was sweet.
Fries were fine. Supposedly they won an award for them, the competition must've been frozen crinkles. Beers pricy at $7.44 for a Mannys.
