El Agavero is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the region. We live in Port Townsend and this our our go-to restaurant. We eat here at least once a week! Their sauces are all phenomenal: red, green, mole, a la diabolo, con crema. Chile rellenos with fresh, whole chiles. Excellent black beans, whole pintos and refried. Wonderful meats including chorizo and carnitas. Family run, with a first rate chef (husband) and friendly wait staff (including his daughter). We love...
