A wonderful lunch at a locally owned restaurant that’s off the beaten path. The owner was so helpful and offered suggestions. Have to say the house made salsa and chips were the stars, followed by the house made corn tortillas used for the tacos. The margarita was perfect :) I would probably add some garlic, cumin, or other spice to the black beans - a little bland. But every recipe is different, and gotta respect that. I will go back to this place every time I’m in Port Townsend....
The best Mexican restaurant in the area, for sure. We’ve been here, several times (it’s now our fav go to spot) and have had quite a few of their dishes. To date, none have disappointed! The prices are very reasonable and you usually get enough to take home as leftovers.
