While most of the food was delicious, one of our 3 dishes was so oversalted as to make it inedible. When we brought this to the attention if the Maitre D he argued with us. When I am paying $20 for 6 mushrooms they need to be edible. The food was good besides this but not worth what they charged and the place felt a bit big for the britches, like we were lucky to be eating there. Exceptional food in a well lit and busy bistro environment. We sat at the bar, chatted with locals, and ordered a couple snackies, a salad, and a couple main courses. Really outstanding food and quite a surprise for a small town.
This little gem is the epitome of fine dining in a casual setting. They consistently run on all cylinders: kitchen, front of house, wine program and mixology team. Talent you won’t find elsewhere on the Olympic Peninsula. Advanced reservations are highly recommended. Enjoy!
