Four Seasons is a Chinese restaurant in Port Townsend. The staff makes customers feel like family, with super fast service and attentive people. The food is delicious and packed with flavor, truly excellent. Meals come fast and hot, with huge portions and very tasty food. Specific dishes include salt and pepper tofu, which is little crispy pillowy cloudy of tofu with salty slices of jalapeño, Ma Po tofu, dry wok tossed green beans, shrimp egg foo yung, stirred fried vegetables in a white garlic sauce, kung pao shrimp, Mongolian beef, General Tso’s, fried rice, hot’n’sour soup, and egg drop soup. Chicken pieces can be a bit hit or miss with cheaper cuts, but the veggies are excellent. The place is super clean with amazing people. Customers cannot wait to come back.
