Overall: great noodle shop with friendly staff, though wait times are long and it can get loud.
Food: decently close to authentic for PNW though not quite as close as what you can get in a larger city like Seattle. Udon was quite good. Tonkatsu ramen’s broth was a bit sweet but flavorful.
Service: friendly but mostly self service. Order at the counter, they’ll bring you your food. You fetch your own water and utensils.

The food was solid, great flavor on the ramen especially. The restaurant was nice and clean, but the service took forever. It seems to be a trend from what I've read of other reviews but we waited over 45 minutes just to get served our food as a group of only four people.
