I want to love this place but I think their popularity has gone to their heads and prices. Your bread is OK but not top of the line despite all the gushing you hear. Humble yourselves, the customer keeps you in a job.
Focaccia is amazing. The brownies are usually good but I bought one today that was full of strange granular items in the brownie, which somewhat grossed me out. I won’t upload an image as it’s unsightly. I think it depends on the day you arrive and the degree of turnover, whether you’ll get good baked goods or not.
Excellent baked goods. Our favorite are their regular croissants. My gf says they are on par with croissants from France. Only problem is since everything there is made that day they run out quickly and you can't call and put some on hold for you. Basically first come first served and when they're out they're out. They're breads are truly artisan so you will find some amazing unique ones. All in all its totally worth the trip to visit them!
