Maybe usually short staffed so I get some long wait times before I get helped. Somwtimes gast bit usually not. But very consistent. You always know what your getting.

We had the 2 Junior Whopper Deals. Buns were dry, not fresh and the thin meat did not cover the bun! Soda was higher than most places...$2.99 the or a small drink and .50 for a glass of water. Service was slow, considering there was only one couple here. Soda machine and ketchup dispenser were out of order. We won't be back!

For a late night food snack run this is a great place although the staff was limited and it did take a while longer than I had thought it would but overall the food was hot and the staff was indeed friendly and helpful

The floor is so messy they fight in the kitchen and the guy who served me was mad and hitting the screen hard I don’t want him working here anymore and they all get so angry behind the kitchen for no reason it’s not professional

I went here this summer with my family. Pulled up to the parking lot - empty. Should have been a sign. Walked in and ALL of the employees were sitting in the dining area on their phones. One guy strolled behind the cash register waiting for us to order. Rude, unhelpful. I had enough and we walked out. A disgrace from top to bottom.
