I’ve been going through their drive-thru consistently for the past three years. I have only experienced friendly service, and it’s been quick. Not immediate, which has indicated it was made while I was waiting. Everything has been piping-hot. I love the mulitas; I always get a trio of carnitas, carne asada, and adobado, and can’t say which is my favorite; they are all delicious.
