I’ve been going through their drive-thru consistently for the past three years. I have only experienced friendly service, and it’s been quick. Not immediate, which has indicated it was made while I was waiting. Everything has been piping-hot. I love the mulitas; I always get a trio of carnitas, carne asada, and adobado, and can’t say which is my favorite; they are all delicious. Their quesadillas also beckon regularly, though they are on the oily...

Everyone was nice, but the food was just ok. I got the lengua burrito. It was full of beans with some rice and not too much lengua. The flavor wasn't that bad it was just drowned in beans. So, 3 stars for the food. The salsa bar was cool.

Great food, dreadful customer service. I understand fast food sucks, I work it too but that's no reason to be rude to customers that are being nothing but nice to you. Maybe retrain the crew on kindness.
