Juan was absolutely amazing! He recommended the chili rellano which was absolutely delicious. Very fresh, wonderful sauce and fluffy. I also tried the chicken enchilada with mole because it is unique to have that in a menu, it was very authentic, the taste took me back to New Mexico. I have found my new favorite restaurant!

Stopped in on my trip to Poulsbo and was SO happy and surprised to see genuine Mexican food! We had the pozole and the birria stew which were both absolutely delicious! And so authentic. The service was phenomenal and the they were so kind and helpful with our questions on the menu. I had my dog and they brought him out some water. The alley way leading to the restaurant is decorative and cozy. Just a 10:10 experience.

The staff here is so incredibly kind and the food is AMAZING! We had the birria and pozole. The meat was tender and seasoned perfectly. You should definitely stop here on your next visit to Poulsbo!
