Cups Espresso & Cafe Poulsbo

Today I went to cup an espresso Café and I was excited to get a Panini. I walked in, and I saw a man in the back making food. I walked up to the counter, stood for about I’d say 13 minutes. He looked at me several times from in the back, but said nothing. After about 13 minutes he looked at me and said what do you want in a rude way I then replied a sandwich. He said it’ll be a couple minutes. I said OK stood there for another three minutes and as I was on my lunch break, I asked, sir how long is a couple minutes he replied 25. You have a lot of orders in front of you. I said thank you and I walked out. I am not upset about a 25 minute wait what I am upset about is that I wasn’t greeted and I was not told that. Hey we have about a 25 minute wait of orders in front of you. I would’ve said thank you. I’ll come back another day and I would’ve But now I would not recommend going to this café. If you’re on your lunch break I also wouldn’t recommend going to this café if you want to be treated with respect.. this was Manchester location, though seems to be a trend.

Best coffee shop in Poulsbo. Love their coffee bean to go.

I ordered the "Ring of Fire" sandwich online and picked it up. The order was ready on time, and it tasted delicious. The chedar jalapeños bagel paired well with the siracha mayo, turkey, and bacon. Will definitely be ordering this sandwich again.

Visited both yesterday and today.Yesterday we ordered a club sandwich with avocado, a breakfast bagel, and an iced mocha. They definitely forgot to put the mocha sauce in the mocha, it was just unsweetened coffee and milk. Whoops. They said it would be 5-10 minutes for our food and it took over 30 minutes because they helped the long line behind us before starting the food. Ok staffing issues but it was made up for because the club sandwich was absolutely outstanding. The sandwich was so incredible I thought about it all day and came back today excited.Today was a different worker, she didn't put on the blackberry vinaigrette it's supposed to come with :( she didn't add the avocado I asked to add :( she didn't toast it :( and she cut it in half instead of quarters. It was also totally coated in a ton of mayo. The club sandwich I dreamt of all day was a nasty disaster. Booooo

My boyfriend and I came here yesterday on Easter and the barista seemed a little inconvenienced when we walked in. There just wasn’t much of a welcoming atmosphere going on. I proceeded to order two white chocolate americanos w/cream. One hot and one iced. The barista had asked me repeat what flavor I wanted in the coffees again, no big deal. The iced one came out first and it had regular mocha in it, as did my boyfriends. His drink tasted almost burnt. We only asked for the iced drink to be remade with white chocolate because it was obvious this person was training and we felt a bit bad. When they remade it a second time the white chocolate powder wasn’t mixed correctly with the shots so there was chunks floating around in my drink, and nearly all the ice was melted so it was kinda just room temperature. I was a little bit shocked that none of the other three employees there were helping/supervising them make drinks. Both drinks were pretty undrinkable, so I don’t think I would come back. Overall it was just a super weird experience.

In my opinion, this place rivals Starbucks. I like going here when I get the chance. They give you a free piece of chocolate with your drink. The staff is always friendly and I love the atmosphere here. It’s worth the stop when you visit the historical downtown Poulsbo to stop by. It’s located across from Sluys BakeryThis is like the classic Starbucks before that giant coffee shop added their drive thru.This place also sells ice cream and accepts contactless pay

The barista was friendly, but unfortunately the coffees we got were not good. I got a iced espresso drink and the ice was almost completely melted so it was really watered down without much flavor. It just taste like my drink had sat out for hours, which is not a good taste.

Ordered an espresso and 4 coffees and left a tip. Only server took multiple orders after and proceeded to scoop all orders after our order, FOURTEEN ICE CREAMS to be exact, prior to making coffees. And then took another order before making the freaking coffees. Unbelievable and worst customer service you can possibly provide. A few coffees took 31 minutes to get. Do yourself a favor and choose any of the other coffee options in town.

I ordered off of doordash and specified no cream in my spritzer. Well it arrived with cream and I can’t drink it due to an allergy and doordash is no help with getting my money back.

31 minutes for a coffee. Ahhhhh!
