My toast was ok, hashbrowns greasy and overdone, requested crispy bacon, got undercooked floppy bacon, asked for over med. Eggs, the white was all runny, not cooked, not a great experience

Arrived about 9am, 4/2/2024 only 5 customers, we waited 10 minutes then asked for water, that was never delivered to table, 2 older gentleman came in, were seated asked for coffee and ice water 10 more minutes nothing,waitress never came back. Walked to the counter to ask for the water and try to order, waitress was delivering food to a family that had come in after us, asked waitress why she didn't come back for our order, but yet waited on these other people. She went to manager and said she was yelled at, Not true. Of course the family that she preferred to wait on happened to speak the same language. The 2 older gentleman walked out also. Never receiving their coffee or water.In a word, never got breakfast coffee or water.

Our waitress was amazing and did fantastic. With that being said, she was also (basically) running around trying to take care of half the customers on her own. The bus boy/greeter was also doing his best to help her. I'm not sure of her name, brown hair, braid, probably around 5ft 7in. We were there on 3/22 early afternoon. Her area was directly in from the entrance and seemed to wrap around to the "fireplace." Anyway, she was fantastic and deserves more pay than her fellow waitstaff as they spent most of their time gossiping and standing behind the counter. The food was eh. Eh, because the bacon my daughter was served legitimately was as thick as a piece of paper. The bacon also looked like a mess of paper that got jammed in a paper shredder. I'm not sure what has happened to Denny's, but there's definitely room for improvement. Oh, and my hashbrowns were cold AND burnt, my eggs were cold, my crepe was also cold. My husband enjoyed his food, but it was also more cold than not. My raspberry tea was good, so there's that. Again, there is definitely room for improvement. Had we known all of that, we would have gone somewhere else and not spent $70+ there. The cost was very much not worth the food, the service from our waitress deserved the tip we gave her, yes I upped the amount I would normally give because she was the only one even trying to do her job.

Usually I have really bad memories from most Dennys but this was actualy a really nice location for once. Staff were great. Food was good. Nice location. First non-sketchy Dennys ive ever been to.
Saturday noon business meeting. Seated in the side room. Dish room noise was subdued. Very reverberant room. Food was great. Coffee stopped after an hour. Hostess asked if we needed more coffee. Server came back with more coffee. Hard to hear my client with the television on above my head. I will be back again.

Was so excited to get a Denny's in town. Food is avg Denny's, but service is terrible. Many who serve here work their tails off, but this location is ALWAYS understaffed. Mgmt obviously putting profit ahead of quality service.
