My boyfriend and I ordered the birria platter and I forgot to tell them about my Avacado allergy since I didn’t see anything indicating it had Avacado on the menu but when the food came out with some guac the kitchen refried 2 more chimichangas for me so I could enjoy the meal! I was going to just forgo them and make sure to say something the next time but they did everything to make it right! I greatly appreciate them this is our third time here and won’t be our last!

The Diablo birria tray was fabulous! They're were 4 of us eating, we were stuffed and couldn't eat it all. The consumme was too die for, be sure to dip!

Very bland, overpriced food. Chips and tortillas that were clearly store bought. Meat was low quality, a lot of cartilage and sinew and of course, flavorless. Margarita was one of the worst I've had, just cheap tequila and mixer. Service was really slow and scattered brained, forgot ordered items and struggling to keep up. Given the reviews, this place was pretty disappointing.

Best Mexican restaurant in poulsbo!!
We ordered delivery and it was very prompt but not quite hot. But the ,cheese enchiladas were fantastic!
I'll definitely order again!

We ordered their birriella quesadillas very good. They have a large selection of salsa. They serve chips and hot sauce when you first get there. Great atmosphere, great music great service best of all best food.

been a consistent customer since I found Diablo's. hands down best barria spot in Kitsap

So they were closed for a bit but the original owners are back and it's as good as it ever. The beef birria is amazing and is talked about nationally, as good as it gets! Service is great, food is great, large variety of options and friendly service! These are very nice folks serving not your chain Mexican food but food as good as anywhere. Well done!!!

Food was great, no complaints there. Though this restaurant felt as though you’re better off picking up your food and going home. Service wasn’t great, ordering felt rushed. It almost felt awkward ordering a drink outside of the tap water we received and our server was barely present.

Would recommend pick up rather than dine in.
