My family and I have been going to Kachai for years, since they opened. It is consistently delicious, professionally served, and family friendly. It’s great as a date night or for large gatherings too. The staff is very attentive and the owner is so kind and makes sure all is well. Such an easy way to support local business when all these qualities exist.
The food is fantastic. But came here for lunch and was told it’s a $10 charge to split our lunch unless we ordered a drink or appetizer. Was also told they will not do lunch to go, only dinner. WTH?
Superb service and even better food. Might be the best Thai cuisine I’ve ever eaten.

Kachai Thai Kitchen offers a pretty experience with nice music and good lighting. Some visits have been enjoyable with delicious dishes like crab wontons, yellow curry, cashew chicken, and basil beef. The panang curry was out of this world, and the restaurant has a secret menu item, the Shaken beef, which is highly recommended. Everything was very delicious, the chili crisp, heavenly beef, and pad thai were very noticeable. The heavenly beef was very delicious, the beef was incredibly tender and flavorful. The pad thai was very delicious as well. The eggplant was very delicious as well. The tom kha was incredibly delicious and one of the better tom khas that had. The chili crisp was amazing! The crispy garlic chicken was good, but some found better at other restaurants. The food was decent. The service was good, with professional and great servers. The restaurant is quite accessible, ground level with no stairs or steps. Parking is plentiful and free nearby. It is a little more expensive, about $30ish a person.
