I don’t usually leave reviews but had such a great experience, ice cream was delicious and even with a line out the door the manager offered us all the samples we wanted and provided great service. We will definitely be back!
The ice cream is great but I was super frustrated by what happened when I went to pay. I ordered one regular scoop (4oz) single flavor and one mini/kid scoop (2 oz), single flavor with hot fudge. I was charged for two single scoops. The mini scoop was clearly smaller. The employee's answer made no sense. She said the single was really two scoops and the mini was really a single scoop so was the same price as a single. WHAT?? I pointed to their huge price sign on the wall...
We were sad when Mora left but Island Cool has done a good job replacing it. We got three different flavors and were pleased with all of them. I really liked the Dark Elf as it had a really rich dark chocolate taste.
