Even though the phone lines were down, they were in good spirits and super nice and accommodating. And. When we are ... The pizza was delicious 😋

Not super impressed. Waited 45 min for 1 pizza and an app. Cashier wasnt very friendly or welcoming. I got fried ravioli, it was lukewarm, served with cold Alfredo (not sure if it is or isnt jarred alfredo BUT it tastes like jarred alfredo). Pizza was mid.

I was so excited to finally try this Woodfire pizza place in Poulsbo… I have wanted to try it for several years when visiting the area.

It took 45 minutes to get 3 personal mini pizzas, a meatball sub and cheese curds… Everything was cold when we finally received it, the pizza was soggy, the customer service was absolutely horrible and I will never recommend or eat here again!!

Not worth the $70 we paid!!!

Single handily the worst pizza I ever had. Totally under cooked. Raw bell peppers on a sausage peppers pizza. Are you kidding me? It’s a absolute joke. Worst $50 dollars I’ve spent. Low quality cheese. Canned sauce. Pre cooked sausage. Over loaded with ingredients. An embarrassing place.

Got the Herbivore with vegan cheese. Way too much cheese, not enough sauce, and the veggies seemed undercooked. Like the onion and peppers seemed close to raw

The cheese curds were amazing!

The pizza crust was delicious, but the toppings and cheese left a bit to be desired. Specifically, the crust looked wood fired, but the cheese was just barely melted and the pineapple showed no evidence of having been in an oven.

Also, we were told that one of the toppings we'd ordered was not available *after* our mini personal pizza had already been paid for arrived. When asked why they weren't on the pizza, they just said they were out and no apologies or attempts to correct were made.

Overall not a terrible experience, but if I was in the area again I wouldn't feel compelled to return.

Really wish i could give 0 stars - actually negative stars that it affected my decision in trying another place while i was here on vacation. Glad i did... sourdough willy's was great. I ordered 2 pepperoni slices that were served on one small plate on top of eachother. Became soggy, greasy and difficult to eat. We also asked for table to wiped as it wasn't the cleanest. That also never happened. For future reference, please never serve pizza that way again.

It’s soggy slop, I don’t believe for a second that this is wood fired pizza. You pick up a slice, and good luck keeping the toppings on. I asked for well done, not even close. Sorry if this comes across as harsh, but for $54 for a large with 1 extra topping along with salty wings, I’m going to be critical. I’m aware that a cardboard box doesn’t do a pizza well, but they’ve got something else going on. Maybe try changing up the dough recipe? Cheap cheese used too, very disappointing.

Served us completely raw chicken wings. My child ate some before we realized they were completely uncooked and pink inside. Completely irresponsible and negligent of this restaurant! Hoping to god we don't get violent food poisoning from this.

Great pizza place, ate here while visiting Poulsbo. Good tasting, plenty of ingredients, and reasonably priced.

My grandma went into a diabetic coma in the store, told the staff, and they didn't do anything. Didn't even offer to call an ambulance they just watched as a kid was freaking out cause his grandma was literally dying.

This establishment violates federal ADA law by trying to kick someone out of the restaurant who had a service animal. Enter this place at your own risk as they have over 20 bad reviews going back 5 years all saying the same thing. Your civil rights will be violated if you are disabled and have a service animal. They have been reported to the ADA and they will be following up with an investigation. Hopefully they will put these people out of business for their gross discrimination.
