We were just visiting and the owner pointed out some of the historical sites around the area making our little vacation a lot more fun! 10/10 I cannot recommend this coffeehouse enough!
I used to come here, and it was cheerful, cute, and home-like. I came today, and I was surprised by the aggressive messaging. The barista who barked, "NO personal cups!" It is as though I should know what the current practice is. The signage everywhere is rude or aggressive in tone; for example, the bathroom signs could say, "Be thoughtful or considerate in toilet use as it clogs frequently." Instead, the sign shouts, Don't use TP and use the plunger to...
Stopped here for a tea while passing through. The rooibos was really tasty and the barista was welcoming. The cafe is sunny with a lovely view of the bay and I regret not staying to do some sketching. A cute and welcoming stopover in Poulsbo worth a visit.
