“We love this coffee shop. Awesome customer service to everyone. We always feel welcomed, it's such a diverse community and I see people of every ethnicity working there and enjoying their services. I look forward to my next visit to this wonderful coffee shop.“

“Went to Gypsy Java for the first time this morning. The customer service is amazing, they're very nice. Really like how this establishment has a covered area to wait in or to sit and sip your coffee, I wish more coffee spots like this had that. I got a LG Caramel Caravan and my daughter got a MED Yeti, they both came to a little over $13, which is a little expensive for coffee. The coffees were both good, very hot, although a little on the strong side, I like more of an equal balance of flavors, to taste both the coffee and the flavors added. The one thing that we really didn't like were the lids, although a pretty pink, they do not stay on, when you pick it up or just holding it, the lids come right off (we had a small spill due to this) and they allow the coffee to leak as well, which, anyone one knows that this is not a good thing while driving. I would try them again, but I would ask if they will fill a reusable cup.“

“Breakfast Sausage Burrito and large coffee only $19 - this easily costs $25 in CA! Delicious, hot, fresh black bean, grilled potatoes, cheese, and excellent sausage, with sour cream and salsa verde on the side. Fast, friendly service, great study place, lots of space, big tables and small for solo or group study. The pastries look gooood, especially the frosted cinnamon Roll. I'll be back!“

“This is a good place for cheese and ice-cream. Its all made on the campus and its really really good. I discovered today that they also serve espresso, and with their own milk. Just you good. During the holidays they also have a sampler box of cheese which is much on demand.“

“Got exactly what we ordered and it tasted as expected. Great view and temperature to sit outside. Very polite staff worked hard to get big order out before ours so we didn't have to wait long. Was very communicative about it as well“

“I kinda randomly lost my voice over the past couple of days and came in today hoping a hot drink would help me get it back long enough to call my mom. There was a very nice employee who I think was named Racheal that was very helpful and patient when I wasn't able to actually tell her my order and had to type it put. Definitely made my day to have someone patient with me and get me a wonderful drink after the week I've had.“

“Scott is a benefit to the community. He fixed my e-bike and taught my daughter to ride a bike this year. He was calm and patient with my daughter and she came away proud of herself and excited to continue using her bicycle. With me he was accommodating, honest, and fair. He's one guy doing it all, so come with an understanding he's being pulled a hundred different ways but he's quietly working hard to help everyone. Just super impressed and happy he's in Pullman.“
