“Went to Gypsy Java for the first time this morning. The customer service is amazing, they're very nice. Really like how this establishment has a covered area to wait in or to sit and sip your coffee, I wish more coffee spots like this had that. I got a LG Caramel Caravan and my daughter got a MED Yeti, they both came to a little over $13, which is a little expensive for coffee. The coffees were both good, very hot, although a little on the strong side, I like more of an equal balance of flavors, to taste both the coffee and the flavors added. The one thing that we really didn't like were the lids, although a pretty pink, they do not stay on, when you pick it up or just holding it, the lids come right off (we had a small spill due to this) and they allow the coffee to leak as well, which, anyone one knows that this is not a good thing while driving. I would try them again, but I would ask if they will fill a reusable cup.“
“The other week I decided to go in a order a sausage breakfast burrito and I am hooked. They're so good that my coworkers and I look forward to the time of day where we all can walk over there and order. There's a really nice guy that works there and he guided me to download the Joe app so that we can get points for ordering. I ordered ahead today and when I got there he let me know that they no longer have that specific drink in stock but he had already issued a refund and gave me a similar drink for free. Pullman already being a small town, its nice to find a coffee shop that genuinely cares about their customers. So out of all the coffee shops in Pullman, I whole heartedly recommend Thomas Hammer on main.“

“I kinda randomly lost my voice over the past couple of days and came in today hoping a hot drink would help me get it back long enough to call my mom. There was a very nice employee who I think was named Racheal that was very helpful and patient when I wasn't able to actually tell her my order and had to type it put. Definitely made my day to have someone patient with me and get me a wonderful drink after the week I've had.“
“Got exactly what we ordered and it tasted as expected. Great view and temperature to sit outside. Very polite staff worked hard to get big order out before ours so we didn't have to wait long. Was very communicative about it as well“

“I'm a bit biased... worked in the Creamery back in 1998-2001 and frequent Ferdinand'a every chance I get.
I love taking my kids over to show them the open drain table and students working the cheddaring process. Always get a grabber and some cheese when we visit. Go Cougs!“

“I’ve lived in Pullman for a little under a year and I’ve been on the hunt for a great sandwich. When I say that this coffee stand blew me away I quite literally wanted to cry. I’m in love with the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. Best price in town for a sandwich I will be back again to try other menu options. The ladies there were super helpful in helping me pick out a drink out of the many options. This place just does it right. Thank you day made!“
“Great baristas! Wyntyr, Tiffany, Halee, and Ben. Orders done well.“
“This bike shop has a lot of character and the owner, Scott, has even more character. Went there for check in of my new bike and installment of front breaks, left with a fully maintained bike and invaluable knowledge about maintaining my bike. Scott is very friendly and knowledgeable, taught me a lot about my own bike while working on it. Teaching me about how I should maintain my bike and what he's doing while working on it. His prices are a lot better than other places and he's very accommodating.“

“I recommend going on weekend. Experienced both good and bad. Went when it wasn't very busy and our food was literally microwaved the burrito was cold, cheese not melted. Tasted like leftovers.“

“For Pullman, WA this is a 5 star coffee shop. Be aware that they can be busy so if you don't like waiting this may not be the spot for you. The food is typically on point. The staff is friendly and its a bustling business.
I recently had the Smores Mocha and it was very good except I asked for it to be less hot than usual. That didn't happen, but overall I was happy.
I ordered the avocado toast with a poached egg. It was excellent and I would go back just for that toast.
Note it was move in weekend for WSU so take the photo of 30 people in line with a grain of salt.“
