After a couple of ownership changes I was pleased to see the latest owners have simplified the menu and delivered on the core burgers, fries, and ice cream of the original. I've been a few times while visiting this summer, and just ordered a large order for a group of 12, and everything was great. The nostalgia of the crinkle fries was replaced with the local quality of hand cut Idaho grown potato fries.

The burgers are sauce heavy, and are not my kind of burger, but I enjoyed the huckleberry milkshake, the pickle tries, and the regional steak fry delicacy. It is a local spot with a Coug themed diner atmosphere. If you want a quick burger, and are looking for a non-chain place to stop, then this where to go in Pullman.

Great local burger joint. Cheeseburger was smashed and fresh lettuce and tomato with a soft bun. Fries were delightfully crunchy and tasted fresh as well. Will definitely be back again. Good music too!
