Probably *was* the best place in Pullman. Recently I had a favorite, the autumn maple salad, and opted for the chicken. Usually the chicken is good, this time it looked like they chose a flat slab that can best be described as jerky. So revolting I haven't dared get anything with chicken again and have dropped Foundry from the rotation. I thought the previous change to an obviously saline plumped breast was a slight downgrade but this is the worst.
With the utmost peace and love what is this? I’ve been twice now so I know they can be a little pricey which isn’t an issue for me if the food is good. But y’all this is a $20 salad! The chicken is $8! For what, is the caesar dressing laced with gold or something?
