Based on the reviews, Mang's Sushi is the best sushi in town and the best sushi place in Pullman. The sushi is bomb, so good, and amazing. The fish is very fresh, with fresh salmon, and the rice is cooked perfectly, not mushy. The Philadelphia roll and dragon roll are really good, with well-balanced vinegar. The owner, Mang, is a diligent worker who is Japanese and makes each roll by hand using fresh ingredients. It is authentic. The restaurant has amazing vibes and environment. Superior pricing with a cheaper menu compared to Tokyo Seoul. However, when it gets busy, wait times can increase because there is just one person working, and the customer service leaves something to be desired. The location is inside the dome.
