Got exactly what we ordered and it tasted as expected. Great view and temperature to sit outside. Very polite staff worked hard to get big order out before ours so we didn't have to wait long. Was very communicative about it as well
This location is amazing, friendly staff, the coffee is great too. The location at Safeway not so much i purchased a cup they promoted for the month of January i paid $65. For a cup that i got promised free refills of what i wanted from drip, iced, cold brew or teas with no upcharge. I went back two days later i got told no you can drip coffee if you want extra flavor its an .80 cent charge. Well thank you for your false advertising. Makes my choice of not giving you any more...
This particular Starbucks location has quickly become one of my favorite places. It doesn't matter what time of day I go in (before work, for a quick pick me up during the day, or after work) the staff is friendly, courteous, and will go out of their way to help you. I am always met with warm welcomes when I walk in, and would choose this location over any other location in Pullman, any day of the week!
