Terrible, entitled and bratty attitudes happening here. It’s either a snotty tone, a dirty look or just being ignored. Not all team members are like this, but the rude ones leaves a bad taste.

Baskin Robbins never disappoints. With so many flavors to choose from and combinations for treats, you just can't go wrong. Ice cream treats always put a smile on our faces! We love to stop at this location after school to get a sweet something and talk about the day before heading home or when we're out spending the day together. The staff is always courteous and the store is clean.

I was a dollar short because a bill I had was to big for them to take. The guy there covered my ice cream. I am so grateful! I will definitely be coming back.

This will be our last visit here. Post Covid, they never brought back their seating. You can buy ice cream but you have to sit on the curb by a busy street or eat in your car.

Amazing customer service with Cathy the manager and Tina one of her works! I get there looking for a birthday cake. I went ahead and bought two cakes. Tina went out of her way to help me carry one of the cakes to my car as Cathy was charging me bc I was in such a rush. It’s rare to have such lovely works help us customers out.

Where do I start. I came in here today hoping to enjoy a night out with my family but was in disbelief when we walked in. We saw a single girl running the store by herself, she had dark brown hair and was short. You could visibly see on her face how stressed she was but manage to still have great customer service and maintain respectful. The boy that walked in was not much help, he left this poor girl by herself while she handled the rush. I give this girl a five stars but this establishment a zero!!! Please do better and give that girl a raise!!
I ordered a Turkey Ice Cream cake from Baskin Robbin’s and when I picked it up, it did not disappoint. It was hilariously perfect. The only thing (which isn’t Baskin Robbin’s fault) is it melted in my freezer :( It turned into a pool of ice cream. We still ate the pool of ice cream but it was no longer turkey shaped. My family and I love Baskin Robbin’s so it was still a funny and enjoyable moment.
