Ordered a two scoop sundae, so good until I bit down what I thought was a nut, but turned out to be a staple. Kinda spoiled my experience and I was done with that sundae. Didn't even eat more than four or five bites. Went inside and showed the workers the staple. I was asked if I wanted another one, but no appetite for a sundae anymore. No sorry, no refund.

Do not buy here!! I came to buy a cake for my sonās birthday and the vanilla ice cream on it was expired, spoiled not good you get it right? Well I went back to take the cake and ask for a replacement, they had to call the manager and she was the rudest person ever Kathy I believe is her name, stating that ice cream can be good for up to a year and a bunch of other excuses for why they would not replace it and didnāt really care what anyone thought so pretty much all the people at my party that taste it are crazy?? Just wow so not about how I threw $60 to the trash. But leaving a 5year old without his birthday cake is just disgusting needless to say will never come back

Today is March 25 2025 Puyallup east main location baskin and robbins. New remodel finally opened yay! The 1 person working today on a 73Ā° day kept her cool- and did a great job with the crowd of customers. It was 83Ā° inside this newly remodeled location- and no way to turn down the heat! I finally had to go hold the door open for air! For all of our sakes. Also this building faces West- before the remodel there were shades that could be pulled down when sun setting in the west- boiling customers & ice cream. Please give these workers some shades and a controller for the air conditioning!

Terrible, entitled and bratty attitudes happening here. Itās either a snotty tone, a dirty look or just being ignored. Not all team members are like this, but the rude ones leaves a bad taste.

Baskin Robbins never disappoints. With so many flavors to choose from and combinations for treats, you just can't go wrong. Ice cream treats always put a smile on our faces! We love to stop at this location after school to get a sweet something and talk about the day before heading home or when we're out spending the day together. The staff is always courteous and the store is clean.
Iām done coming here. The attitudes from these young kids are just terrible. Why would you also toss my order on the counter when my hands are out to grab it from you. And I really mean tossing it. I was being polite thee entire time. Please fix this.

This will be our last visit here. Post Covid, they never brought back their seating. You can buy ice cream but you have to sit on the curb by a busy street or eat in your car.
