“The cinnamon bun crepe combo is amazing! I ordered an extra because otherwise it just comes with one, but you really only need one because they are so filling!! If you want something SWEET then try those! My eggs were on pointe (scrambled hard like I prefer) & I tried turkey bacon for the first time, which was good. My friend had the spicy poblano omelette - also delish!
Server Donna was on top of it & super kind!
Quick seating, clean restaurant.
(Def better than the last IHOP I been to in Parkland/Tacoma area. Their crepe was rubbery & they put wayyy too many mushrooms on my partners steak, plus the server could have been better)“

“I visited Frank’s for the first time and was really impressed! The guy at the counter was all smiles and genuinely happy to help. The donuts were light, fluffy, and not overly sweet. The jelly-filled one really made my day.
I took a dozen to work where there are usually leftovers because people are watching their calories, but this time the box was empty and they wanted more!“

“We stopped by last night with our two toddlers on our way out of Seattle. The place was very clean, the service was excellent, the food was prompt and delicious. The staff was very patient and kind to us despite our wiggly and messy children. We will definitely stop in again on our way back and forth from the peninsula.“

“usually IHOP's are a hit or miss but we just moved down the street from here and decided to give it a try. they did not disappoint. food came out quickly and was pretty good. prices are good and service was good. will be coming back for sure.“

“I have been here a few times, service is excellent and even if they are busy they always find time to be respectful to you. Food is good, nothing really special, they have a nice selection of omelettes and there home fried potatoes are excellent. If I am in the area and hungry I will come here but I won't make a special trip.“

“We had bacon with eggs overeasy, pancakes and has browns. We wanted crisot bqcon and has browns. All of it was delicious and done thecwaycwe wanted. The service was fast. Servers were very polite and prompt with our meals. Highly recommend this place. Our bacon slices were about 10 inches long and we both got four slices each. Bathrooms were clean.“
