“It's a breath of fresh air to see a small business that does things right. Everything from the functionality to the food is great. I'm not from the area but I have to come through often for doctors appointments and this is now one of my go-to stops for food. The food is great. The only thing I've not enjoyed was the loaded fries. I think they use queso sauce and I'd much order no cheese sauce whatsoever and instead shredded cheese that's melted on there. The plain fries are amazing though! And so is the chicken and the signature sauce.“

“Wow! Issac (Team Manager) happened to be working the drive-thru when we came by this evening. Let me just say every business needs “an Issac” on their side. Great customer service! I'm not sure how old Issac is but he has a work ethic that you can't teach. Such an impressive young man and we spent 60 seconds together. Under the right leadership, he will go far at a young age. “Manager Bobby was extremely pleasant to speak with. I was undecided with the menu choices. He gave me several different options. I was very happy with my order. Food was excellent. Service was outstanding. The seating area was open and spacious. While waiting for my order, I watched how the staff worked as a team and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend KFC to family and friends. Kudos to all staff for a pleasant visit. Keep up the good work! See you again on my next visit.

“Chick-fil-A has outstanding food and they give back generously into the Federal Way community. I am a regular there both in the drive thru and inside the restaurant. I suggest that you order ahead with their app to customize your meal. There are many options on the app that you may not know about. Today I added bacon to my sandwich and was surprised by the crispy quality and the good taste. You will always receive a thank you and a warm smile from their always friendly staff.“

“I recently had my first experience with Korean Fried Chicken at Vons Chicken in Federal Way, and it was fantastic! The service was incredibly friendly, and they patiently answered all of my questions.

I ordered the Crispy Fried Chicken in both mild and spicy varieties. The large legs were meaty and crispy with a hint of sweetness. The spicy version was just right for my palate, offering a delightful heat that tingled my tongue (more intense than a peppery feel but not quite a 3-star spice level).

I also tried the Crispy Yang-Nyum Chicken (spicy). These large meaty legs were equally crispy and had an amazing sweet and spicy flavor. The spice level was more intense, aligning with a 4-star spice level that provided a satisfying heat on the tongue, mouth, and throat.

I highly recommend Vons Chicken to anyone looking for delicious Korean Fried Chicken. I will definitely be back to try more of their menu items!“
