“I came in the other night and I was having a really bad night. I drove from a different chipotle who had horrible customer service and this location was amazing. I was treated with such good hospitality specifically by Gracie (I want to say that’s her name) she was so kind and went out of her way to help me. When I walked in, I was crying and they honestly turned my night around just by being so kind. It’s really easy to just want to go home at the end of the night and focus on closing up in the food industry so I really appreciate that she actually put the customer first over her own wants/needs and made sure I was taken care of first.“
