“Great first time expience at Chipotle. We ordered 2 burrito bowls and 1 burrito. More than enough food to leave full and satisfied or have leftovers.
The young men working at the time of our visit were super friendly and nice young men.
Will definitely visit this location again because of the delicious food and superb service.“

“I’ve been ordering from this Chipotle a lot lately, and I accidentally showed up hours late for my pickup after falling asleep. By then, someone had already taken my order.

The manager Debra was incredibly kind and understanding. She had my meal remade fresh with no hesitation and was genuinely so friendly throughout the whole interaction.

“Food was good and staff was friendly. The staff was super busy so the tables were not cleaned. We ate there for a 40 minutes and still no one came to clean the tables. Parking was hard to find, so if you are looking for a Chipotle that you can get in and out quickly, this is not the one, unless you illegally park.“

If you've never been to chipotle's, it's a step up from Taco bell, but maybe a step down from a more authentic place such as a taco stand. The place was fairly clean, considering it's off of a main street with lots of traffic“

“After six calls to corporate and other locations, I kept getting bounced between “call the store” and “call corporate” with no one actually solving the problem. Violet at the Lake City store was the first person who didn’t send me back into the loop, she put me on hold, figured out a workaround, and got our last-minute Seafair catering order taken over the phone. It’s rare to get someone who just owns the problem instead of routing you elsewhere. Huge thanks to Violet for helping us out!“

“It used to be really great when Ryan was running the place. He was a great manager. But since he left, it’s been quite different. Often times most people working there don’t even speak English now, and the customer service & level of friendliness has really dropped. They’re also out of stuff too often now. I used to go there a lot more than I do now. I hope they can get it together.“

“This is both the best tasting and the most efficient chiptotle I’ve ever been to hands down, I go almost two times every week. When the line is out the door you will get you food within 10 minutes. The quick food turnover also means they have to replace the food often, so the meat usually has only been sitting out for <20 minutes. Gotta be on of my all time top 10 restaurants no joke.“
