I voted with my feet. I love this place. Anytime I walk in, I'm almost always greeted with a friendly hello, even if there's a long line. If there's no one in the store or only a few customers, someone always belts out a cheery "Welcome to Chipotle". (I believe the previous reviewer simply lied and is a cranky-pants kind of guy.)

I’ve ordered the same order for months and they have messed it up the last 3 times in a row. I don’t know what’s going on. Double check orders. Never fun after a long day to bite into a completely different burrito. Just gonna go to the one on 45th now.
Got skimped today. Steak/brown rice bowl with pinto, fajitas, cheese, sour cream, and salsas came to 647.9 g without the weight of the container. MacroFactor approximates this as only 700 kcal with 38P, 26F, 72C. This is below my standards for a $12.55 bowl and is below the average weight of other chipotle bowls.
