Mobile order is made weak. I can literally see the bottom of my bowl just opening it. My girlfriend got a steak bowl with NO STEAK. Why are we paying and getting less?? Stingy workers or something… the Uway chipotle is way better.

I love Chipotle! My go to! My only complaint is that the employees are so clumzy at making burritos! They make them short but so fat that when it's rolled, everything is falling out. Why not make them longer, and skinnier?

I recently ordered from this location near University of Washington, and I'm disgusted to report I found multiple pieces of plastic wrap cooked into my food. This is a serious food safety issue, and it's made me extremely wary of eating here again.I contacted the customer service department immediately with photos and a request for an investigation and refund. Their lack of response is incredibly concerning. It shows a blatant disregard for customer safety and makes me question their overall kitchen practices.Students and everyone else, be warned! Until this restaurant takes food safety seriously, I cannot recommend eating here. If you value your health, I suggest finding somewhere else for your meals.

The Chipotle is great. Except this one obese man who ruins the entire service. He is so stingy it is insane. At every other Chipotle my bowl is full, to the brims. I have attached a picture of the bowl this guy serves. He gave a single scoop of rice. The woman served the cheese and veggies served more cheese and sour cream than there is rice and meat. Not because she gives absurdly high portions, but because this guy gives so little food. He’s constantly talking to people in the kitchen and has a smug look while he does this. I have never come across a fat individual who has been so stingy about food. I recommend not going to this location until after 5 when his shift ends.

This specific chipotle location consistently gets meat into veggie bowls that I order. If you’ve ever looked at the mobile order area you can tell food is just tossed around as different items constantly fall into other containers. It’s super disappointing to constantly not be able to eat something because of contamination.

Walked in with my legit service dog and the manager stopped me and said no dogs. I told him my dog was a service dog and we have been coming here for years with my service dog. He told me still no dogs. What part of service dog do you not understand? You have now lost a very loyal customer.

Very messy. You can’t even see the labels for landfill vs. trash because they are covered with empty baskets and trash. Also, they have a mobile order pickup that they don’t use. The app says to go there and there is no sign. When my mobile order wasn’t there they explained they don’t use it. Sure enough, my food was cold. I had some questions about the app they couldn’t answer. It just seems like a very inefficient place.
