Just go into this location if theres a mistake, Alexia*** the manager on duty was very helpful and remade our order with no issues as well as giving us a complementary item, she was very nice and very helpful!“
“This is what Chipotle is supposed to be.
The Puyallup location consistently has the best employees, great portions, fresh food, and a clean restaurant. The staff is friendly, they actually listen to what you ask for, and the burritos are made properly instead of being rushed and falling apart. The ingredients always seem fresh and the portions actually feel worth what you’re paying.
The difference between this location and the Gig Harbor Chipotle is honestly night and day. I’ve had repeated disappointing experiences in Gig Harbor with portions, quality, preparation, and customer service, while Puyallup consistently gets it right.
Huge credit to the employees and management here. Whatever this team is doing, keep doing it. Easily my preferred Chipotle in the area and the location I’ll be going out of my way to visit from now on.“
