After six calls to corporate and other locations, I kept getting bounced between “call the store” and “call corporate” with no one actually solving the problem. Violet at the Lake City store was the first person who didn’t send me back into the loop, she put me on hold, figured out a workaround, and got our last-minute Seafair catering order taken over the phone. I’ve gotten skimped on my bowl one too many times, resulting in this post. On 7/25/26 at around 7:20 pm the quiet guy in glasses working the line skimped me pretty bad. I track my nutrition and require 2950 kcal per day for maintenance, so when they skimp me for a wimpy 750 kcal bowl that I pay $13+ for, I find it pretty insulting.
