Recent Reviews

After six calls to corporate and other locations, I kept getting bounced between “call the store” and “call corporate” with no one actually solving the problem. Violet at the Lake City store was the first person who didn’t send me back into the loop, she put me on hold, figured out a workaround, and got our last-minute Seafair catering order taken over the phone. It’s rare to get someone who just owns the problem instead...

This review is not about the food. It’s about the people. Specifically Joselyn (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong).

We are a celiac family, and she took all my concerns about gluten cross contamination seriously and she was so kind about the inconvenience I put her through. It’s employees like Joselyn who take the time to make sure things are done right that make the experience.

Could not be more grateful that was the one helping!

Employees are nice and the place is.clean but lately the portions have been laughably small. Sometimes you get such a small sprinkle of cheese you can count each shred. It's wild
