The walk up window is the best thing to ever happen. My food is always ready on time and the employees are always quick to get it out to me. I will always love you chipotle.
Employees working really do try their best despite being super understaffed. Hope they get the support they deserve!
The food quality really needs to be consistent; I visited Chipotle twice in a row this week—one time it was the most delicious meal I’ve ever had there, but right now I’m eating a burrito that is incredibly disappointing. The meat and chicken lack salt, and the cheese is separated; not to mention, the person who made my burrito was working with the combined lethargy of three sloths.
