It used to be really great when Ryan was running the place. He was a great manager. But since he left, it’s been quite different. Often times most people working there don’t even speak English now, and the customer service & level of friendliness has really dropped. They’re also out of stuff too often now. I used to go there a lot more than I do now. I hope they can get it together.

They are consistently excellent—always kind, and the place is impeccably clean. It can get quite busy, so be sure to allow yourself enough time to enjoy their outstanding service and delicious meals.

I usually like Chipotle but this location is nasty. The counters where they worked and make the food were dirty and uncleaned. The guy making my burrito had no idea how to wrap it, it was extremely loose and the insides were leaking out inside of the foil. And then they SLID my burrito along the dirty counter, collecting old cheese and lettuce on my newly made burrito to pass it to the cashier. I almost asked them to throw it away and make it again because it was so gross to see....
