I think they have adjusted since the bad reviews. It’s not the best chipotle in the world. But it serves the purpose

First couple times I came in it was a little rough. I know they just opened and I think they were just working to get their feet under them. The last few times have been great. Most recently a gentleman named Matthew made my tacos and he did an awesome job. Went above and beyond. Glad to see they are getting ahold of

The employees look miserable being there, which shows through how they treat your food. I live near the location, so I've tried it several times, and each time it's a disappointment. The serving sizes are way smaller than other locations, even the one on Westlake. This last visit I decided I'd pay the extra for double protein and the serving was smaller than a normal serving at any other chipotle location. I was excited when this location popped up but it's been pretty terrible each visit.

I'll start off by saying that it's exciting to have a chipotle on interbay and to be honest, I haven't had the best experiences in the past when going to this location, which I'm sure you can see from many of the other reviews. However, I wanted to share a positive experience we had tonight. Upon arrival, it was packed. And my first thought was oh boy, we're going to get slow service again, but to my surprise it moved very quickly. It seemed like every high school athletics team in the area was filling up that small space but the team working was well staffed and hustling to keep the line moving. I loved hearing the leader motivating the team and keeping standards up. They were running low on things and they were grinding to stay on top of meats so they wouldn't run out. Food was great and staff were friendly. I hope this wasn't a one off night, however I'm grateful for such a positive experience. Thank you!

Just got lunch from here and was shocked to see how much chipotle costs now. I got a steak bowl with guacamole and a water and it rang up to about $19. Also found a hair in my food and had to throw it out. Very unhappy and won't be back

Every. Single. Time. I go I get horrible food and get charged for something I didn't order or received. Today me and my friends got kids quesadillas with a side of meat. The quesadillas were cold and the cheese was not melted whatsoever. When I got to the register the total was insanely high per usual, so I asked what was doubling the cost of my meal, they said my small side of meat(that's included in the meal) they said this cost 6$ for a side of meat. I didn't argue, but then i looked up the price of a side of meat- it was $2.25 on chipotles website. Workers are so rude and food is bad.
Have been here twice and had a good experience both times. Today I came at 3pm and it was a bit busier than I expected but nothing crazy. Service was fast and the staff was very very attentive and polite. Given some of the reviews I’ve seen they must have either hired new staff or completely 180’d.The quality of the food was great too. I got a chicken bowl with a side of chips.I’ve been having some consistently negative experiences in Chipotles in Seattle area. I now have avoided the SLU one for about 8 months. I’ve been to one in Renton a few times and initially it was good but they’ve disappointed a few times in a row and now I’m nervous about going there. Most common issues at SLU, Renton and UDistrict is overcooked chicken, soggy white rice, and chips that stick together in a soft/soggy clump. Blegh.All that to say that this one, currently, is my favorite Chipotle in the area. I hope it doesn’t begin to go downhill like the others.

Very inconsistent experiences here! I've ordered for pick up via the app 4 or 5 times now. The first time was great, every time after that I've had an issue either with portion sizes or a key missing ingredient (today it was guac in my veggie burrito bowl?). Highly recommend checking your order before you leave if you order online. The wall up window is cool, but not always. Sometimes they are prompt to answer the walk up window (make sure you ring the doorbell), but one time it took over 5 minutes.
