Cindy just catered my wife's 50th birthday party. My wife wanted a taco bar. The spread Cindy put on was absolutely AMAZING! We planned on 50 people and she provided enough food to feed all of the personnel at JBLM. OK, that may be a slight exaggeration but there was sooooooo much food no one went hungry and there was plenty for people to take leftovers home. From the initial introduction to the event itself, everything was amazing. The ease of ordering right down to the service were fantastic. Cindy and Jeff are wonderful chefs, managing easily small to large events. They have provided two events for us with two very different menus. I recommend the brisket without hesitation. Whatever you choose you will not be disappointed.Two thumbs up // 5 star recommendation

Cindy catered an event I attended today. We had a taco bar with large containers of multiple fillings. You could make tacos, nachos, or a taco salad. Everything was fresh and the meat wasn’t dry or greasy at all. There was plenty for everyone, over 100 people, without having to skimp. I would definitely have her cater if I have an event!
