Instead of striving to have coffee taste like ash, as some big name chains do, Martin Henry beans are roasted to perfection. The result is coffee that is smooth and delicious.“

“I wanted to write this review to help create some positive feedback for this business. We have had their service for over two years now and I was hesitant due to some of the reviews. First off I want to say the water is fantastic, I did a lot of research and this was the only company I could find that offers locally sourced spring water. Reading the reviews it seems the biggest complaints are missing deliveries and customer service. In the entire time we have had their service they have never missed a delivery. The schedule is very clear and I was easily able to add it to my calendar on my phone and create reminders to tell me when to put out the bottles. As for their customer service, every time I have had to call which was only twice they were pleasant and took care of all my needs. The last time I called was to get an extra bottle in the middle of my delivery month, they took care of it right away and had it delivered within a day or two. Overall I would definitely recommend this company for anyone wanting great tasting water delivered their home for a great price. That is another thing the price is amazing, their price delivered was less than what I could get from the company through Costco which only offers filtered tap water. Again fully recommend this company“

“I visited Fernando at BrownDog a few weeks ago and I can't imagine a better experience. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and helped me select a coffee that I enjoyed greatly. The coffee itself was delicious -- an excellent selection roasted with incredibly consistency. You can only get this level of quality from small-batch roasters like BrownDog. “Want to buy coffee pods. An overall pleasant experience with the exception of people behind the counter. They were not unpleasant but not engaging at the same time. I would recommend from a customer service standpoint to have less conversations between yourselves and when people who are buying things in your establishment are there engaging with them.“

You can take a peek through the windows near the corner of the building to see their coffee roasters in this large building. Don't forget to ask for your 15% veteran/military discount and get that free hot or cold coffee sample in the showroom!“
