They're always on point. Polite. Efficient. Never messed up an order. Patient. Will do it your way and even fix what someone else screws up.

This is the BEST Jersey Mike's between Tacoma and Bellevue and I will die on that hill.

Standard Jersey Mike's sub shop. Sandwiches are always good. They are really slow about making the hot sandwiches. The reason the 2 stars for the atmosphere is that this place always just seems cold. I'm not sure if the staff don't like each other, but there is zero animosity among the crew. No one is communicating, and they all seem awkward around each other. Almost feels like you walked into an argument sometimes. Other times, it seems ok. It's also strange...

Be extra careful when ordering a Gluten Free Udi's bread sandwich at this location. Twice last week they served very old bread was awful for a $30 GF sandwich. I was given a credit for one sandwich (by corporate)
